In this home, a 9-foot straight front bar with a marble top and a lower back cabinet were already installed in the room. The clients were looking for someone to make a back bar upper cabinet to complement the existing bar.
After working with Primo Craft's designer, David Challman, he felt that the bar was not working well with the room's layout. "We have a pool table, a game table and an entertainment center. The way the existing bar sat in the room all you could see was how to enter the bar and what's behind it."
So Primo Craft designed a completely new bar of plain slicked oak, with mission stain. The new bar had the TV in the middle with a lighted bottle display along with glass cabinets on each side. The bar top was a walnut burl inlaid bar top with a resin coating.
The homeowners were thrilled. "We love the way the bar returns into the back bar, giving us room for more bar stools. Now when you're in the room, the bar is the focal point. We didn't plan on a new bar but we were so glad we went ahead and spent the extra money. We got what we should have had in the first place. Thanks again Primo Craft!!"
Just imagine the bar lined with Primo Craft comfortable bar stools plus a few extra people standing behind visiting, enjoying the new custom-built bar.
